Yes — always. Your standard honorarium for completing an engagement is separate from your rewards points. The program is designed to give you more, not replace what you've already earned. Every engagement pays you for your time and earns you points.
You earn points four ways: 1,000 points per survey completion, 2,000 points per longer engagement (KoLab advisory boards and longer studies), 1,000 points for leaving a Google review for KeyOps, and 500 points for each colleague referral who completes their first engagement.
Status points reset annually on December 31st. Once you reach a tier, you keep access to that tier's benefits until the reset date. Any rewards you have already claimed before December 31st remain valid — you have 3 months after claiming to redeem them.
Once you claim a reward, you have 3 months to redeem it. Rewards that have not been claimed by December 31st expire at the annual reset. We recommend claiming your reward as soon as you reach a tier to maximize your redemption window.
Blue-tier benefits are available automatically from the moment you join — no points threshold required. Once you register, you'll receive access to the Perkopolis platform and Waive the Wait integration details through your KeyOps account.
No — point tracking is automatic. Your current point total and tier status are visible in your KeyOps profile dashboard. You'll also receive notifications when you reach a new tier or when a reward becomes available for you to claim.
All registered KeyOps members are automatically enrolled in the Rewards program. Canadian- and US-licensed healthcare professionals who have completed the verification process are eligible to earn and redeem points. Some rewards may have additional eligibility criteria — details are provided at the time of redemption.
